Scrambled egg and frankfurter

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Pasta, white, dried, boiled in unsalted water
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Frankfurter

Directions:

Scramble egg in a pan with the butter and cream. Heat frankfurter as per packet instructions and slice into small pieces, mix into scrambled egg just before serving.
