Jack - Chia seed meal

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Chia Seeds (Raw Health) (HCP added*)
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 g Oil, walnut
 g Raspberries, raw

Directions:

Mix chia seeds with double cream, Ketocal liquid, walnut oil (can use other oils such as rice bran oil or mild olive oil) and stir for about five minutes so the chia seeds do not clump together.  Add 20 - 30 ml of water and mix well.  Leave in fridge over night or for at least 4 hours to allow the chia seeds to swell and absorb the liquid.  Add raspberries before serving.  Can add some sweetener to taste.
