Bolognaise Sauce

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Onions, raw
 g Pepper, capsicum, green, raw (HCP added*)
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive
 g Beef, mince, raw
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Tomato puree
 g Barenaked Spaghetti (HCP added*)
 g Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese (HCP added*)
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream

Directions:



Heat oil in a pan, add onion, garlic puree and green peppers and fry until soft.
Add minced beef to pan , breaking up into fine pieces, cook for 5 mins.
Add tomatoes, puree, double cream and cook for further 5 mins.
Cook noodles and serve with the sauce and sprinkled with cheese.
