Apple dough balls

INGREDIENTS:**
g Butter, unsalted
g Almonds, flaked and ground
g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g Apples, cooking, stewed without sugar, flesh only
g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
Directions:
Melt the butter set aside to cool slightly, cook the apple with cinnamon and sweetener to taste, in a bowl mix ketocal almond flour baking powder, stir in butter and egg and Apple, mix to a smooth paste,
Cook in a cake pop maker until golden, or place in a muffin case and bake at 170oc for 8-12 mins, or place in a piping bag and pipe into hot oil and fry until golden.
