Keto fudge

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Asda extra thick fresh double cream (HCP added*)
 g Chocolate dark - Green and Blacks 85%
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
 g Butter, unsalted
 ml Vanilla extract, sugar free (HCP added*)

Directions:


1. Add all the ingredients together in a pan then slowly heat, stirring all the time until the chocolate and butter has melted.
2. Pour into chocolate moulds or onto a lined tray, smoothing the top using a silicone spatula. At this stage you can add chopped nuts or glitter to decorate.
3. Place in the fridge, giving the fudge time to cool and set over a couple of hours.
4. Enjoy!
