mct mayonnaise

INGREDIENTS:**
g Eggs, chicken, yolk, raw
g Mustard powder
ml MCT Oil
g Oil, grapeseed
Directions:
In a bowl place the egg yolk, mustard, salt, pepper, and whisk until the yolk turns pale in colour, now in a jug mix the MCT oil and grapeseed oil together. Drip in the oil to the yolks whisking all the time add a drop of oil at a time until all the oil has been combined and your left with a thick texture.
If you have a blender or food processor you can make the mayonnaise in these just add the oil drop by drop though the feed tube until all the oil has been combined into the yolks
store in a clean jar in the fridge for up to 2 week.
