muffin doughnut

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g chestnut flour (Patient added*)
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Baking powder
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, fried, without fat
 g Raspberries, raw
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)

Directions:


mix the muffin by mixing the almond flour, coconut flour, bamboo flour and the melted butter, few drop of sweetener and egg together spoon 2/3  of the mix into a lined muffin case use a spoon and spread the mixture on the bottom and up the sides of the muffin,
now mix the filling cream cheese, egg and ketocal liquid and raspberries now place the filling in the muffin case, now with the other 1/3 of the muffin mix cover the filling and smooth over the top to incase all the filling.
bake at 160oc for 15/20 minuets, once out of the oven dust the top with granule sweetener
