Cauliflower pizza

INGREDIENTS:**
g Cauliflower, raw
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
g Cheese, Cheddar, English
ml Tesco Italian Chopped Tomatoes (HCP added*)
g Grated mozzarella cheese - Sainsburys (HCP added*)
g Oil, olive
Directions:
1. Great the cauliflower then microwave for 2 minutes, squeeze out excess moisture in a clean tea towel.
2 mix the egg cauliflower ketocal, mozzarella, and half of the oil, spread on a lined baking tray to 6 inch round
3 top with tomato and sprinkle on the cheddar cheese
4 bake at 170oc for 10/15 minutes.
