royal icing

INGREDIENTS:**
g Natvia sugar free icing (HCP added*)
ml Egg, white, beaten (HCP added*)
g Lemon juice, fresh
Directions:
1 in a large bowl Wisk the egg whites and lemon juice together.
2 start adding the icing sugar little by little whisking between each addition, keep whisking until all the icing sugar is added
3 once al the icing sugar is added whisk for 5 minutes the icing should be stiff and fluffy.
4 once the icing is made cover with damp kitchen paper and cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
5 you can colour the icing with paste colour don't use liquid colour or the icing wont set,
6 pipe out onto biscuit's to decorate like Christmas tree, Easter or ginger bread men, allow the icing to dry over night then you can pack the biscuits up for party bags or hang on the Christmas tree.
7 you can fill a piping bag with a plain nozzle and write on top of your celebration cake i.e. HAPPY BIRTHDAY 6 TODAY, you can use this icing to attach other decorations to the cake silver balls, shop bought candles or rice paper decoarations.
