Chicken wrap 3:1

INGREDIENTS:**
g Mayonnaise, standard, retail
g Oil, olive
g Tomatoes, standard, raw
g Lo-Dough (HCP added*)
g Chicken, breast, grilled without skin, meat only
g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
g grated cheddar medium Waitrose (HCP added*)
Directions:
1. Cut the chicken into stips and cook in a pan with the olive oil.
2. Heat up the wrap in a clean frying pan for a few minutes.3. cut the cucumber into strips 3.Spread the mayonnaise mix onto the wrap, add the tomato and chicken, and the fold the wrap up, ready to eat. Serves with the cucumber strips on the side.
