cauliflower pizza

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cauliflower, raw
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Tesco Grated Mozzarella (HCP added*)
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 ml Tesco Italian Chopped Tomatoes (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive
 g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh
 ml Mayonnaise Hellmanns Full Fat (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive

Directions:


1, great the raw cauliflower, place in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes on high, allow to cool slightly then place in a clean tea towel and ring out all the excess moisture.
2, mix the egg, cauliflower, and ketocal together, place onto a lined baking tray and form a 6/7 inch circle, bake in a 170oc oven for 10 minutes until golden and set,
3 mix the chopped tomato's with the 21g of olive oil and season with salt and pepper then spread over the pizza base,
4, mix the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and oil together in a small bowl place teaspoons of the mixture over the tomato sauce
5, bake in a 170oc over for 10/15 minutes until the cheese mixture is melted and golden.
