INGREDIENTS:**
g Beef, mince, raw
g Butter, salted
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
Directions:
1, chop the spring onions thinly, mix into the mince beef season with salt, pepper.
2 mix in the ketocal powder.
3, to form a flat Patti wet your hands first to stop the mixture sticking.
4 place the butter in the middle of the Patti incase the butter in the mixture so you form a burger shape.
5, to cook you can BBQ, fry, or bake the burger, (bake at 170oc for 10/15 mins) if frying add some oil to the pan
