coconut bounty bar (fat bomb)

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Coconut, desiccated
 g Butter, salted
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
 g Chocolate dark - Green and Blacks 85%
 g Butter, salted

Directions:


1 melt the 44g of butter and add to the coconut and truvia sweetener, 
2 line a loaf tin with baking paper or use a muffin tin lined with paper cases. 

3 pout the coconut mixture into the prepared tin place the mixture into the freezer to set about 1 hour.
4 in a bowl add the chocolate and 19g of butter microwave to melt together,
5 once the coconut mixture has set cut into bars and dip into the chocolate making sure you coat all over place on a tray and chill to set the chocolate. 
6 store in the fridge until needed these will keep for 2 weeks in the fridge
