ketocal truffles (fat bomb)

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Chocolate dark - Green and Blacks 85%
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 g Butter, salted
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)

Directions:


1. in a glass bowl melt the butter and cream together in a microwave 2/3 minutes.
2.once the cream butter are hot add the chopped chocolate, ketocal, and truvia stir until the chocolate is melted.
3. place in the fridge until cold and the mixture has firmed up.
4 take teaspoons of the mixture and roll into balls place on a lined sheet the mixture should make 10 truffles.
5, once all the balls are rolled , chill and keep in the fridge until needed.
