Yorkshire Pudding

INGREDIENTS:**
ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g Flour, wheat, white, plain, soft
g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
g Water, distilled
g Oil, olive
g Coconut flour Tiana (HCP added*)
g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 200C/gas mark 6.
- in a bowl mix the flour, coconut flour and ketocal powder together
- whisk in the egg, water and ketocal liquid to form a paste
- divide the oil in to the Yorkshire pudding tin or muffin tin and heat for 10 mins.
- Remove from the oven and pour in batter mix.
- Return to the oven and bake for 10-15 mins.
- serve straight away or allow to cool and freeze until needed
