Yorkshire Pudding

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Flour, wheat, white, plain, soft
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 g Water, distilled
 g Oil, olive
 g Coconut flour Tiana (HCP added*)
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200C/gas mark 6.
  2.  in a bowl mix the flour, coconut flour and ketocal powder together
  3. whisk in the egg, water and ketocal liquid to form a paste
  4. divide the oil in to the Yorkshire pudding tin or muffin tin and heat for 10 mins.
  5. Remove from the oven and pour in batter mix.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for 10-15 mins.
  7. serve straight away or allow to cool and freeze until needed
