Chocolate christmas pudding

INGREDIENTS:**
g Ground almonds, Tesco (HCP added*)
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g Suet, shredded
g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
g Bournville Cocoa powder (HCP added*)
ml Orange extract, waitrose (HCP added*)
g Chocolate dark - Green and Blacks 85%
g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
g Water, distilled
Directions:
1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together to form a smooth batter.
3. Grease 2 glass ramekin or small bowl then pour in the mixture; place baking paper on the top followed by a sheet of foil.
4. Steam for 20-25 minutes until cooked.
5. Serve straight away or cool and freeze until needed.
6. Serve with custard or cream or orange butter; enjoy!
