Sage and onion stuffing

INGREDIENTS:**
g Sausages, pork, raw
g Sainsbury's Sage and Onion dried stuffing mix (HCP added*)
g Mushrooms, white, raw
g Oil, olive
g Sage, dried, ground
g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
g Butter, salted
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the sage and onion stuffing mix with the boiling water and allow to stand and cool.
2. Fry the chopped mushrooms in the olive oil until soft then allow to cool.
3. In a bowl, mix the sausage meat and dried sage with the cooled mushrooms and stuffing mix; stir well until everything is well mixed and combined.
4. Place in a baking dish and dot the top with the butter.
5. Bake at 170 degrees C for 15 minutes or until golden and brown.
6. You can make small stuffing balls out of this mixture too if preferred.
7. Once cooled, you can freeze and reheat as desired.
