Pigs in duvets

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Lo-Dough Bases
 g Sausages, pork, raw
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Oil, olive
 g Mushrooms, white, raw

Directions:


1. Mix the sausage meat with the Ketocal powder until mixed and combined season with salt and pepper to taste. 
2. Cut the lo-dough into strips. 
3. Brush the lo-dough strips with oil and place a small amount of the sausage mix onto each strip. 
4. Now roll up like a swiss roll so the sausage meat is encased with the lo-dough (looks like a small sausage roll).
5. Brush with more oil and bake 170 degrees C for 10 minutes until golden and brown. 
6. Eat hot or at room temp or allow to cool and freeze until needed.
