Chocolate and cherry crumble

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Custard powder
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 g Chocolate dark - Green and Blacks 85%
 g Cherries, flesh and skin, raw
 g Ground almonds, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Butter, salted
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
 g Bournville Cocoa powder (HCP added*)

Directions:



1. In a jug, mix the custard powder with a little Ketocal and mix to a smooth paste.
2. Add the rest of the Ketocal and the chocolate into the jug then microwave for 1 minute. Take out, stir and repeat until the custard has thickened.
3. Place the chopped cherries in an oven proof dish and pour over the custard. 
4. In a small bowl, mix the almond flour, coco, and Truvia then mix in the butter to make a crumble .
5. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the custard evenly. 
6. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees C for 10 minutes until the top is golden.
7. Serve hot or allow to cool and freeze until required.
