bon fire night apple pudding

INGREDIENTS:**
g Apples, cooking, raw, flesh only, peeled
g Suet, shredded
g Coconut flour, groovy food (HCP added*)
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
g Cinnamon, ground
g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)
g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
g Butter, salted
g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
ml MCT Oil
Directions:
1 peel and dice the apple into small pieces
2 in a bowl mix the apple, coconut flour, beaten egg, cinnamon, barkat baking power and ketocal LQ to a smooth batter,
3 place in a small ramakin or pudding mould, cover the top with foil and steam for 10/15 minutes.
4 in a small sauce pan place the salted butter, truvia, and heat ove med/low heat until golden in colour then add the double cream cook for 3 minutes and take off the heat and add the MCT oil set aside until the pudding is cooked
5 remove the foil and turn out the cooked pudding serve with the sauce,
6 you can cool the pudding and freeze until needed,
7 the sauce will keep in the fridge for 1 week until needed but it wont freeze,
