Courgetti bolognaise - AB

INGREDIENTS:**
g Onions, raw
g Carrots, old, raw
g Mushrooms, white, raw
g Oil, olive
g Beef, mince, raw
g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
g Tomato puree
g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)
g Courgette, raw
Directions:
Heat oil in a pan, add onion, chopped carrots and chopped mushrooms and fry until soft.
Add minced beef to pan , breaking up into fine pieces, cook for 5 mins until brown. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook through. Add the tomato puree to thicken the sauce and mix through the double cream. Seasonings and dried herbs can be added to taste.
In the meantime, finely slice or spiralize the courgette (or buy already spiralized courgetti spaghetti) and boil until cooked.
Serve the bolognaise sauce with the courgetti spaghetti. Grate the cheese over the top
