Cheese and Tomato Pizza - Checked (AB) - Lunch or Dinner

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cream, non-dairy, UHT, canned spray
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Oil, olive
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Water, distilled
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Tomato puree
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, Cheddar, English
 g Kiwi fruit, flesh and seeds
 g Sweetcorn, baby, canned, drained

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 165C/gas mark 3.
  2. Mix KetoCal with olive oil, egg and water in a bowl.
  3. Spread mixture onto a lightly greased baking sheet in a 6'' circle.
  4. Mash tomato with tomato puree and garlic puree.
  5. Spread mixture on top of pizza base.
  6. Sprinkle on the cheese and sweetcorn
  7. Cook for 15 mins or until golden
  8. Serve strawberries and cream for desert
