almond cookie

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
 g Almonds, flaked (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
 ml Vanilla extract, sugar free (HCP added*)
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder

Directions:

1 in a food processor mix the flaked almonds, ketocal and sweetener and pulse until you have the texture of almond flour
2 add the egg white and vanilla and pulse a few more time it should look like wet sand in texture 
3 take teaspoons of the mixture and with wet hands roll into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
4 bakes at 170oc for 10/15 minutes until the cookies are set and golden brown, allow to cool on the baking tray
5 once cooled store in an air tight container
