mct Christmas muffins

INGREDIENTS:**
g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
g Apples, eating, raw, flesh and skin
ml MCT Oil
g Flour, wheat, wholemeal
g Almonds, flaked and ground
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
g Cinnamon, ground
Directions:
1 great the apple and place in a bowl
2 add all the other ingrediency to the bowl and mix to form a batter
3 place into cupcake cases (i use mini cup case papers this mixture makes 6 mini or 2 cupcake standard size)
4 place into 170oc for 10/12 minutes for mini cupcakes or 15/20 minutes for standard size cupcakes
5 allow to cool on a wire rack, you can freeze the cupcakes once frozen or keep in an air tight tin
