bread sauce

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Lo-Dough Bases
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Butter, salted
 g Onions, raw
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Ginger, ground

Directions:

1 in a pan melt the butter over med/low head 
2 grate the onion and cook in the butter 
3 add the ginger and ketocal and bring to a simmer 
4 in a processor blitz's the lo dough base so it looks like breadcrumbs 
5 add the breadcrumbs to the pan and turn off the heat season with salt and pepper 
6 to finish of the sauce add the cream and stir though 
7 serve with roast turkey
