Cheese & Ham Tart - Checked (AB) - Lunch

INGREDIENTS:**
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
ml Flour, coconut, EastEnd (HCP added*)
g Butter, salted
g Water, distilled
g Cheese, spreadable, full fat, soft, white
g Bacon rashers, back, raw
g Mushrooms, white, raw
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g Cheese, Cheddar, English
g Broccoli, green, boiled in unsalted water
g Oil, olive
g Walkers, ready salted crisps (HCP added*)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 160C/gas mark 3.
- Place coconut flour and KetoCal into in a bowl, rub in butter with fingertips.
- Sprinkle water over top and mix until becomes stiff crumbly pastry, roll into a ball.
- Line tartlet tin by pressing pastry into edges.
- Mix cream cheese, ham, mushroom, egg and 2g cheddar cheese together and fill tartlet tin.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top along with the broccoli.
- Cook for 10-12 mins.
- Serve with a side of crisps
