Cauliflower cheese - OH

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cauliflower, raw
 g Gundenham Dairy Double Cream (HCP added*)
 g Gundenham Diary Butter (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)

Directions:



1. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil, then add the cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes, lift out a piece to test, it should be cooked.
2. Drain the cauliflower, and then tip into the dish.
3. On a low heat melt the butter, add the cream and pour over the cauliflower.
4. Grate the cheddar and sprinkle on top.
5. Cook in oven at 200 for 10-15 minutes.
6. Puree
