red velvet cakes

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Coconut flour, groovy food (HCP added*)
 g Bournville Cocoa powder (HCP added*)
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Flour, white, self-raising (HCP added*)
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
 g Oil, olive
 g Natvia sugar free icing (HCP added*)
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 ml Vanilla extract, sugar free (HCP added*)
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)

Directions:

1 mix the egg, coconut, almond flour and S.R flour, barkat, coco, oil and 20g of natvia sweetener and ketocal in a bowl mix so you have a smooth batter 
2  divied the mixture into 6 muffin cases or( spoon onto a lined baking sheet divide into 12 to make 6 whoppie pies )
3 bake at 170oc cupcakes for 15 minutes whoopie pies 10/12 minutes
4 mix the cream cheese butter and the remaining natvia with the vanilla to make a soft butter cream 
6 decorate the cupcakes or sandwich the whoppie pies,
