INGREDIENTS:**
g Celeriac, raw
g Mushrooms, white, raw
g Onions, raw
g Curly kale, boiled in unsalted water
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
g Butter, salted
Directions:
1 stream the kale and celeric until soft
2 in a bowl mash together with the ketocal, season to taste and greet in the mushroom and onion, form the mixture into a burger shape
3 in a frying pan heat half the butter fry on one half then add the rest of the butter and fry the other side
4 serve straight away or cool and and freeze until needed
