Fish and Chips

INGREDIENTS:**
g Cod, flesh only, raw
g Celeriac, raw
g Oil, sunflower
g Flour, Self raising (Mcdougalls)
g Lo-Dough Bases
g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)
Directions:
1 Wizz the lo-dough base into breadcrumbs
2 place the flour and ketocal on a small plate, whisk the egg white and place on a small plate and place the breadcrumbs on a small plate
3 cut the fish into small bite size pieces then coat in the flour first then to egg white and finnish off in the breadcrumbs repeat until all the fish is used and coated.
4 place on a baking tray and drizzle over half the oil
5 cut the celeriac into chips (any size you like) place onto a baking tray and drizzle over the other half of the oil
6 baked the fish and chips in a 170oc oven 20/25 minutes until golden
7 serve hot with the mayonnaise
