chicken and vegetable meal 4.1

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Beans, green, boiled in unsalted water
 g Squash, butternut, baked
 g Chicken, light meat, raw
 g Oil, olive
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Water, distilled

Directions:

1 chop the chicken and butternut squash coat in the oil and roast at 170oc until butternut is soft and chicken cooked. (turn the pieces over to stop the chicken taking on to much color)
2 boil or steam the green beans until soft,

3 add everything to blender and pulse until smooth 
4 add the water then blend again until smooth 
5 freeze  the blended chicken oil beans and butternut until needed, defrost then add ketocal and water
