INGREDIENTS:**
 g Blueberries
 g Cauliflower, boiled in unsalted water
 g Beef, lean, average, raw
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Gia Sundried Tomatoe Paste (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive
 g Water, distilled

Directions:

1 chop the beef into small dice boil with the cauliflower until soft
2 blend everything together until smooth
3 you can freeze this recipe before adding the water
4 defrost then add the water re-blend until smoot
