noodle soup

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Eat Water Organic Slim Pasta Spaghetti (HCP added*)
 g Stock cubes, vegetable
 g Water, distilled
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Spring onions, bulbs only, raw
 ml MCT Oil
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g Lettuce, average, raw
 g Chinese 5 spice
 g Black bean sauce
 g Oil, sesame

Directions:

1 slice the mushrooms, onion, lettuce 
2 in a pan heat the MCT OIL over med/low heat and fry the mushrooms and onions for a few minutes then add the garlic and five spice and fry for 1 minute 
3 add the water and stock cube and bring to the boil then add the black bean sauce and add the noodles simmer for 5 minutes
5 in a bowl add the lettuce and sesame oil and pour over the soup 
6 serve hot or at room temp
