mushroom burger

INGREDIENTS:**
 g slim sticky rice
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g psyllium husk (HCP added*)
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g Basil, dried, ground
 g Mushroom, dried
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1 in a jug soak the dried mushrooms in boiling water for 15 minutes
2 chop the soaked mushrooms, great the raw mushrooms and chop the onion as fine as you can
3 heat the oil over med low heat and fry the mushrooms and onions for a few minutes until soft add the garlic puree and dried basil and season to taste
4 in a food processor add the rice, husk, ketocal and mushroom mixture and pulse until you have a smooth sticky dough
5 shape the mixture into a burger shape or 2 small burgers 
6 place on a lined baking tray and bake for 10/15 minutes until golden and crisp around the edges
you can also fry these in oil
