salmon taco

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Salmon, red, canned in brine, drained
 g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)
 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Oil, olive
 g Paprika
 g Basil, dried, ground
 g Lettuce, average, raw
 g Cheese, Cheddar, English

Directions:

1 in a bowl mix the grated cheddar, paprika, and dried basil 
2 line a baking sheet with paper or silicon matt and place the cheese mixture onto the tray, spread out so you have a 4inch circle
3 bake at 170oc for 5 minutes until golden brown and bubbling, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes 
4 with a flat knife lift of the cheese taco and place inside a small bowl allow to cool completely.
5 in a bowl mix the oil, mayo, sliced cucumber and shredded lettuce stir so everything is well coated in the dressing  
6 place the taco on a plate and fill with the salad mixture, then top with the salmon and serve.
