carbonara with butternut spaghetti

INGREDIENTS:**
g Squash, butternut, raw
g Bacon rashers, back, fat trimmed, raw
g Asda extra thick fresh double cream (HCP added*)
g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh
g Oil, olive
g Garlic puree
g Onions, raw
Directions:
Spiralize butternut squash and cook in 10ml of olive oil in a pan until soft
heat remaining 5ml of olive oil in a frying pan and add in diced bacon, garlic and finely diced onion. Cook until bacon is cooked through, stirring to keep onion from sticking and taking on too much colour.
Add double cream, and grated parmesan to the frying pan and stir through.
Serve on top of the butternut spaghetti.
