Cottage pie with celeriac mash (jelly, cream & fruit for dessert)

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Celeriac, raw
 g Beef mince 15% fat (HCP added*)
 g Carrots, old, raw
 g Knorr Beef Stock Pot (HCP added*)
 ml Fresh double cream tesco (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive
 g Hartley's Strawberry 10kcal jelly (HCP added*)
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Blueberries
 g Bananas, flesh only
 g Spring onions, bulbs only, raw

Directions:

Chop celeriac and cook in boiling water until soft.  Mash with double cream
Fry, mince in olive oil with diced carrots.  Add knorr stock pot and boiling water as needed.
Put mince into small dish with mash on top and bake in oven for 15-20 minutes.
For dessert, put jelly, cream into bowl and top with fruit.
