Chocolate Avocado Brownie

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Butter, salted
 g 85% lindt chocoalte (HCP added*)
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
 g Flour, Almond (HCP added*)
 g Bournville Cocoa powder (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)

Directions:

melt butter and chocolate together in a bain marie.
Mix together all other wet ingredients and mash or blend together
Add in the melted butter and chocolate
Mix together the dry ingredients 
Pour into a greased dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until just slightly under set.
Serve with the double cream.
