Butternut squash spaghetti with ham and mascarpone cheese

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh
 g Squash, butternut, raw
 g Courgette, raw
 g Garlic puree
 g Macadamia nuts, salted
 ml Mascarpone Cheese (Tesco) (HCP added*)
 g Ham
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

heat half of oil, and add garlic and diced ham add mascarpone cheese and mix through til hot.  fry spiralized squash in remaining half of oil and cook until tender.  Serve sauce on top of squash spaghetti.  Eat macadamia nuts for dessert.
