Keto sausage rolls

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cheese, Mozzarella, fresh
 g Holland and Barrett Almond Flour Flurry (HCP added*)
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g psyllium husk (HCP added*)
 g Herta Frankfurter (HCP added*)
 g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)

Directions:

melt mozzarella in microwave.  Add in all other ingredients apart from frankfurters and mayo. Beat until a dough is formed.  Roll out between two pieces of baking parchment.  Put frankfurter on one end of pastry and roll up.  Cut into 3 pieces and brush lightly with egg wash.  Bake in oven at 160 degrees for approx 20 minutes.
