Magical Keto rolls (from Keto Kids cook book)

INGREDIENTS:**
g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
g Tesco Grated Mozzarella (HCP added*)
g Holland and Barrett Almond Flour Flurry (HCP added*)
g Linwood cold milled flaxseed (HCP added*)
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
g Sesame seeds
Directions:
Put mozzarella, cream cheese and almond flour into a bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir to form a soft dough. Add flaxseed, egg and baking powder, mix thoroughly. Wet hands and form into balls (recipe says 6 balls - I made 7). Top with sesame seeds.
Bake at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
