INGREDIENTS:**
 g Slim Rice Original (HCP added*)
 ml MCT Oil
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Peppers, capsicum, green, raw
 g Prawns, king, raw
 g Sausage, Bierwurst
 g Paprika
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g Gia Sundried Tomatoe Paste (HCP added*)
 g Water, distilled
 g Turmeric, ground

Directions:

1 chop the spring onion and pepper into small dice 
2 heat the mct oil over low heat and fry the onion and peppers until soft 
3 chop the prawn's and sausage into bite size pieces and add to the pan cook for 3 minutes until the prawns cook and turn pink 
4 in a small jug mix the water garlic, tomato puree, paprika and turmeric
5 add the rice to the pan then add the water mixture reduce the heat to very low and simmer for 5/7 minutes 
6 serve hot or you eat this rice dish cold as a salad
