cheesecake milkshake

INGREDIENTS:**
g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
g hoosiel hill farm icing sweetener
ml Vanilla extract, sugar free (HCP added*)
g Milk, semi-skimmed, pasteurised, average
Directions:
1 in a bowl mix the cream cheese, cream, sweetener and vanilla together then stir in the ketocal, and milk
2 place in dish and freeze over night or until its fully frozen
3 remove from the dish and place into a blender pulse until you have a thick milkshake,
4 pour into a glass or place in a flask.
