iced tea

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Raspberries, frozen
 g Sainsbury's Frozen Summer Fruits (500g bag) (HCP added*)
 ml MCT Oil
 g hoosiel hill farm icing sweetener
 g Tea, herbal, infusion

Directions:

1 in a pan heat the frozen fruit with the mct simmer until the fruit is soft puree and allow to cool 
2 infuse the tea bag in 1/2 pint of water allow to stand for 1 hour
3 to serve add the fruit puree to the tea add ice and serve.
