lemon cookies batch recipe

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
 g hoosiel hill farm icing sweetener
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Lemon peel
 ml Lemon extract, Waitrose (HCP added*)
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder

Directions:

1 in a small sauce pan melt the butter, cream cheese, lemon zest, allow to cool 
2 in a bowl mix the almond flour, ketocal, baking powder and lemon extract 
3 stir the cooled butter mixture and egg into the dry to form a soft dough
4 line a tray and weigh out or add teaspoons of the cookie dough onto the tray leaving 1/2 inch between each cookie 
5 bake at 170oc for 8/10 minutes until pale, allow to cool on the tray 
6 store in an air tight jar or freeze until needed
