sausage tray bake

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Sausages, pork, The Black Farmer (HCP added*)
 g Pepper, capsicum, red, raw
 g Celeriac, raw
 g Onions, raw
 g Carrots, young, raw
 g Oil, rapeseed

Directions:

1 chop all the vegetable's into bite size pieces and place on a baking tray 
2 cut the sausage into 1/4 and place on the tray 
3 drizzle with oil season to taste and bake at 180oc for 30/40 minutes
