cheesy bolognaise

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml Liquigen
 g Quorn mince, frozen meat alternative (HCP added*)
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Spinach, baby, boiled in unsalted water
 g Cheese, Ricotta

Directions:

put all ingredients once measured out into a pan and cook together apart from the cheese and liquidgen and stir until fully mixed together and soft, once cooked transfer to a blender along with the cheese and liquidgen and add around 100mls of water and blend until smooth. add more water if nessasary, once cooled transfer to a bowl and feed via peg. making sure its smooth enough to not get the tube blocked. This recipe can be cooled and tubbed and popped into a airtight container and used within 24ours.
