sage and onion stuffing

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Lo-Dough Bases
 g Sausages, pork, The Black Farmer (HCP added*)
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Sage, dried, ground
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1 in a processor pulse the lo-dough base to it looks like bread crumbs then place into a bowl with the sausage meat and sage 
2 in a pan heat the oil and fry the onion on low heat until soft allow to cool then add to the breadcrumbs.
3 mix so everything is combined season with salt and pepper then roll into balls place onto a baking sheet and  bake at 170oc for 10 minutes until golden and baked
4 eat hot or allow to cool then freeze until needed
