easy tiramisu

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Cheese, Mascarpone
 g Lo-Dough Bases
 g Bournville Cocoa powder (HCP added*)
 g hoosiel hill farm icing sweetener
 g Coffee, powder, instant
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)

Directions:

1 pulse the lo-dough base in a food processor until bread crumbs, then mix with the coco and coffee powder set aside
2 whisk the cheese, cream and ketocal until soft peaks place the mixture in a piping bag 
3 you will need a glass or a ramakin 
4 pipe a layer of the cream onto the bottom of the glass then sprinkle over a 3/4 of the coco mixture then repeat until you have used all the mixture and the glass is layered 
5 cover in plastic wrap and chill for 24 hours 
6 serve cold
