vegan BBQ veg

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Ackee fruit
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Onions, raw
 g Peppers, capsicum, green, raw
 ml MCT Oil
 g Gia Sundried Tomatoe Paste (HCP added*)
 g Heinz Tomato Ketchup No Added Sugar and Salt (HCP added*)
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g hoosiel hill farm icing sweetener
 g Paprika
 g Ground cumin, tesco (HCP added*)

Directions:

1 slice all the vegetables into bite sized pieces 
2 in a frying pan heat the mct oil over low heat and fry the veg until soft
3 add the garlic. tomato paste and sauce, cumin, paprika and sweetener, fry for 2 minutes add 5 tablespoons of water and simmer for 5 minutes 
4 serve hot or allow to cool then freeze
